His training in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery brought him to the University Hospital Cologne-Merheim (Trauma- and Burn Centre), EvK Hattingen, Johaniter Hospital Bonn (all Germany) and Luzerner Kantonspital Wolhusen (Switzerland). His international training took place in Hospital del Mar Barcelona (Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona / Spain), University of Buenos Aires (Argentine), Beth Israel Medical Centre New York (Albert Einstein College of Medicine New York / USA).
